For what purposes and on what legal basis is your personal data processed?

Customer relationship management, visitor management from a security perspective

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of supporting the sales process by establishing, maintaining and using existing and potential customer relationships, taking into account market analysis, the ability to provide information to customers and partners, planning and controlling as well as supporting operational work.

The corresponding legal basis here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. AnalytiChem GmbH has a legitimate interest in enabling a view of the “market” through strategic objectives such as customer proximity and customer orientation, strengthening the coordination and controlling of the Group's sales activities.

Customer management

As part of order management, we process your personal data to process the order, from the inquiry to delivery and order post-processing.

The corresponding legal basis here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual measures.

Suppliers / service providers / project teams

AnalytiChem GmbH works together with suppliers and service providers. As part of these business relationships, personal data is also processed for order processing. Here, too, the corresponding legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual measures.

The loading ramps at Erlenstraße 67 in Oberhausen are video-monitored for access control and to provide proof of correct delivery and proper load securing; the legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR, the legitimate interest of AnalytiChem GmbH to keep this information available in the first case to prevent unauthorized access and in the second case to provide proof, if required to defend against claims against AnalytiChem GmbH.

Visitor management

Visitors to the premises of AnalytiChem GmbH are recorded with their name, their company and the start and end times of their visit. AnalytiChem GmbH has a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in being able to identify visitors at any time.

How long will your personal data be stored?

Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is required to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes. It will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies.

 

Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which AnalytiChem GmbH is subject. The data will also be deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data.

What are your rights in relation to your personal data (data subject rights)?

If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis AnalytiChem GmbH. You can request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In your request for information, you should specify your request in order to make it easier for us to compile the necessary data. If the information concerning you is not (or no longer) correct, you can request a correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request that it be completed. You can request the erasure of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR. Within the framework of the provisions of Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request that the processing of data concerning you be restricted. In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. As part of data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. To exercise your rights, please always contact the above-mentioned controller, as your rights are also to be implemented there.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR or other relevant data protection provisions.
