Under the name AnalytiChem GmbH, it now acts as a full-service provider for laboratories around the globe with high-quality analytical, certified reference materials and laboratory equipment and supplies its customers in the pharmaceutical, environmental, food and chemical industries.
As part of our expansive company development, we are looking for dedicated support for our sales (office-based) team at our Oberhausen site at the earliest possible date.

Assignments
- Acquiring new customer business for further business development
- Establishment and development of new and existing customer relationships in sales
- Administrative support for our sales team and coordination of resulting customer appointments
- Preparing quotations for customers and following up on the quotations prepared
- Active customer care by supporting the sales process
- Active tracking and support of the complaints process
- Supporting sales activities as part of sales promotion measures and cross-selling
Your profile
- Several years of experience in telephone sales
- Consistently sales-oriented conduct of customer conversations
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of chemistry, interest desirable
